House built in 2022, and new issues keep coming up. Electrical work was not done properly: ungrounded exterior outlets, no GFCI protection in the kitchen and bathrooms, and unsecured, sagging Romex wiring in the crawl space. There are also plumbing issues , bathroom sinks are not properly vented, causing impaired drainage, gurgling, and potential odor problems that should have been corrected from the start. The kitchen exhaust vent was run into the attic instead of to the exterior, which is not to code and left the attic in dangerous condition, with exposed wiring and combustible materials nearby. They installed a glass door so poorly it is at risk of collapsing due to improperly installation and hinges that were never properly installed. If you want a house that will last, do not hire them — they might be fine for basic work with Home Depot materials, but not for anything that requires real craftsmanship. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They will always find someone else to blame rather than take responsibility for their own work
