We were absolutely floored by the quality of workmanship & professionalism provided by Holleford. In collaboration with Reid & Siemonsen (Interior Designer/official project manager), we gutted our home, expanded the square footage by 50%, and did the backyard (with a deck). This was a project to produce our dream home that we literally invested our future in. They delivered beyond our expectations.I will start by stating the craftsmanship is exceptional. Everything was done to a remarkable quality that leaves us feeling so very proud of our home. This includes with the subtrades they elected to use. They undersell their skills as three master carpenters and their apprentices, manufacturing their own trim as they put into your home. This means that so much of what they do is on their timeline and scale, allowing them to adapt to our needs.Their timeliness was incredible - we got the oddest compliment from our bank that theirs was the only project to run on time in this calendar year with significant upheaval. We met with them in the fall of 2024, moved out in February 2025, and moved in a week ahead of schedule in December 2025 to a professionally cleaned home with a modest amount of items to address. As we lived more-or-less across the street, we could tell they were effectively there every day (and often on weekends and holidays) to make our timelines work. The communication we experienced was top notch. Their project manager (the charismatic and resourceful Josiah Rosie) was readily available, provided timely updates through our formal project manager (the designer), and promptly revised any changes that arose. When providing us with a quote, they gave us a timeline that they were constantly ahead of but also was a guide to how us for their progress. There was superb ownership of any issues that arose. If it was in anyway their domain, Holleford owned the issue with a solution, no defensiveness, and a variety of options where appropriate. They prepared us for a reasonable drift in costs that were clearly not in the scope of our estimate (ex. an issue making a wall in our existing structure because we could not provide details to them about the initial construction). They stuck to their initial quote - despite drifts in costs in what was a volatile year, they stood by their initial estimates without complaint, comment, or haggling. If there was ever a question of who bore the cost for something, we could have an honest and open conversation about this without a hint of defensiveness. Please allow me to be clear that there were additional costs, but it was along the lines of us adding additional millwork/project scope and rarely something that could have been foreseen if we had got our quote after demolition, but that is simply not a realistic expectation.I hope that Trevor can update this space with professional pictures as they become available.
Trevor and his crew were wonderful in every way. They were conscientous about everything. If Trevor wasn't sure of what my preferences would be, he texted photos and detailed explanations of the item that needed to be dealt with. They answered any questions quickly. They did my job (renovating a bathroom and kitchen) in record time and stuck to the given quote. If something happened and they had to take more time due to uneven walls or other surprises, he explained that the cost would be more and how much it would be. When I asked for extra things to be done, he was always accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommended Holleford Road Renovations to anyone, and so glad that I found them!
I can't say enough good things about Trevor and the amazing crew at Holleford Road Renovations. They turned what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth and exciting journey.Right from the start, Trevor impressed us with his clear communication. He broke down the quote in a way that made sense, keeping us in the loop with progress reports that made us feel like part of the team. And believe it or not, they actually stuck to the timeline they promised! The workmanship was outstanding. Trevor's team and the subcontractors he brought in were all top-notch. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of our project. But what really blew us away was how Trevor managed everything. He's like a conductor, keeping all the moving parts in harmony. No detail was too small for him to handle with care. Seriously, if you're thinking about a big renovation, do yourself a favor and choose Holeford Park. Trevor and his crew are true professionals who care about their work and their clients. Check out the amazing transformation they pulled off for us!Thanks a million, Trevor and team, for making our dream a reality!
Holleford Road Renovations are exceptional. Trevor and his team recently did a large renovation of our house--everything except the basement--and we could not be happier with both the outcome and the process.First, the workmanship is exceptional. Every single aspect of the renovation was completed with precision, care, and attention to detail. Whether it was a main feature of the renovation (e.g., bathroom tile work) or a minor detail (e.g., casing around vents), the team at Holleford Road made sure to think through how to make it perfect, and then executed on that plan. The quality of workmanship includes both Holleford Road as well as the team of subcontractors that Trevor curated. Notably, if something wasn't exactly perfect, Trevor would redo the work or come up with a new plan so that it could be perfect. I realize this sounds like it's too good to be true, but the work really is that good. Trevor holds his team, and himself to an exceptionally high standard of performance, and does not want to disappoint either his clients or himself. It was a pleasure to see the project unfold.Second, Trevor’s project management process was outstanding. Every aspect of the job was quoted ahead of time in detail, including any changes that were made either out of necessity or because we wanted to add something new to the project. We were never surprised. Trevor kept us in the loop on every detail and deviation. He was responsive, communicated well, and completed the project on budget and on time.Third, Trevor's crew and his subs were a pleasure to be around and work with. We lived in the basement throughout the renovation and interacted with the crew every single day. There was never a day when I wasn't happy to have them around: they were respectful, thoughtful, tidy, funny, and were welcoming every time me or my dog or my children walked through their work site. They made the entire process painless, and enjoyable. Finally, in addition to doing impeccable work and managing the project well, Trevor also runs a great company and is an outstanding boss and mentor to his crew. It was clear from the way that he worked with his team and mentored the junior members of his team in particular that he truly cares about the well-being of his employees. This approach to mentorship and leadership is an important element of why I think his team works so well. His employees are clearly dedicated to his mission of doing outstanding work and supporting the clients, in part because, I believe, Trevor is dedicated to supporting them.
We hired the Holleford Road Renovation crew for a total interior renovation of a 1960's home. We had never worked with them before but had only heard positive reviews from others. They exceeded my expectations. From our initial meeting where he took notes, asked all the right questions; and ones I had not though about and had this amazing energy and enthusiasm for the project, I knew he would be a great fit. The attention to detail and execution on drywall, tiling, kitchen assembly, ship lap, trim work, door installation and painting was some of the best work I've ever seen (and this was not my first renovation). Anyone would be nuts not to pick these guys. I will 100% be using them for anything in the future.
