NGC are experts in ICF foundations and they are the best framers in the business. Their finish carpentry skills and their attention to the small details are amazing. Nigel Greenham and Team completed an addition to our home as well as a major renovation to adjoining areas including our kitchen and dining room. It would simply be an understatement to say we were pleased with the result… we were ecstatic! From start to finish, Nigel was laser focused on every detail of our project. He lead his team in making sure everyone knew the plan and ensured the execution met his very high standard while recognizing the strengths of each and every member of his team, experts in their own right.
What was also a huge plus was the relationship Nigel has with all of his sub-trades! We were always amazed at the precise timing that saw each and every step of the process flow seamlessly thanks to the intimate relationship Nigel has with his chosen partners from design, excavation, stone mason’s, concrete specialists, roofing, plumbing, electrical, kitchen cabinetry, painting, etc… etc… Every one of which were experts and responsive to Nigel’s schedule that saw our project flow uninterrupted from start to completion without delays.
Despite the initial fears we felt in our decision to take on a major renovation, once we met Nigel and experienced his dedication to seeing our vision come to reality, we were immensely relieved. The project, with Nigel and the entire and extended N. Greenham Construction team, was an awesome experience culminating in the home of our dreams! It’s pretty rare that you meet an individual, backed by a team of professionals, who can make your vision come through… Nigel did that for us!
