Having built homes for previous clients and dealt with their team personally, I can speak to the quality of their workmanship. I can say with complete confidence these guys are the professionals you have been looking for. They are probably one of easiest builders to work with as an agent, they skillfully navigated permits with the city as well as handled a surprise MTO permit that my property owners didn’t expect making my life that much easier. Having the ability to know and understand how to effectively handle the bureaucracy that plagues building is a skill most over look, Matt definitely exceeded my expectations in this area. Their pricing I felt was fair without sacrificing quality and they demonstrated the ability to work with clients to ensure budgets are adhered to without the upselling which was refreshing. I recommend them to all my clients, they just finished a Reno and are about to break ground on a new build in the next month. I have and will continue to recommend NorthPeak
