Derrick Builders built our home almost seven years ago. They made the building experience a pleasure. Our home has brought us much joy in the past and I'm sure it will continue to do so. We'd highly recommend Derrick and his team!
They built an absolutely fabulous house for us in Disney's Golden Oak. The pleasant surprise to me is how thorough and timely they've been in following up on the various minor items we found in our home.I'm not easily impressed and life has taught me to be a bit skeptical. Derrick Builders was "as advertised" and more.It was obvious to me in the beginning that Derrick Koger was the "good cop". I kept waiting for the "bad cop" to show up, but none ever did. The entire company is deeply dedicated to a great product and customer satisfaction. We have not had to argue or negotiate about a single thing. In fact, they found items to adjust/fix that escaped our notice.We've moved nine times in our adult lives, bought seven homes, of which five were new. We have our share of "scar tissue" from most of those experiences. However, the home Derrick built for us is by far the best quality and the buying/experience was painless.We would never hesitate to buy another home or re-model with Derrick Builders. We wholeheartedly recommend them to others, without reservation. (As I write these words, I can't think of another company or individual I could say that about.)
