We went with my husband to find out the houses, a friend lives in the community and we thought it was very beautiful. The experience was horrible, when we arrived they served us unwillingly, I asked about the townhomes since I found them very beautiful and curious, however the girl told us that they were very far and that they were not and that’s it. He told us that we could do the tour of the model houses and we asked her if there was any brochure to see information and she told us that they only drove online that we looked on the website or scanned a qr code. We started the tour and on the way back we were attended by another boy, hoping that he would be nicer we asked him that we had not seen the house model that has an apartment next door, that is our friend’s house and it catches our attention a lot, to which his answer was: we offer that model to people who do have the money to pay for it and I was shocked, which is that answer, my husband asked him again and he focused on the price and that it was more than 4 thousand dollars and that’s why he only offered it to People that if I had a way to pay for that, I felt even more offended. We asked him again if he had any brochures and the hard way he gave us a brochure of the cheapest house that according to him we can pay, my husband asked him to write down the values that the monthly payment was left and he placed too high values, they were really something very illogical. And he told us that if we wanted to help us find houses in a cheaper place, really very offended I left there. When I get on the car and search online, I see that if he had raised the price to the values he had given us, because other values come out online. I really don’t know what that gentleman wanted to do by giving us inflated values and making us feel that way. As How he knows that we don’t have money for a house, why do they humiliate people like that, we were well dressed and in a good car, and yet so the client arrived in a bicycle and pijamas, it is not an excuse to treat someone like that. I really hope I don’t go back there to ask for a house. It was disappointing, humiliating and offensive.

Our new home specialist Wesley was truly exceptional. He was always available with quick and clear communication. No matter how many questions we had, he responded with patience, professionalism, and kindness. He guided us through every step of the home buying process and continued to support us even after we closed, which really shows how much he cares about his clients. His dedication, and reliability made us feel confident throughout the entire journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find and settle into our new home, we highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service!
