Mike Stevens Homes

My husband and I are 3 weeks away from moving in to our beautiful custom Mike Stevens Home in Tennessee National. From design to completion, we have been extremely happy with the entire process. Since this was the first home we have ever built, we a bit nervous, but they led the way through each step of the design and build process. Their entire team is very flexible and provides knowledgeable input. From the beginning, they listened to the vision we had for our home since we wanted a more modern flare. They nailed the design, the flow of the house, and incorporated all the rooms we wanted. Through the build process and our transition from Virginia, they kept us informed through an App with daily updates and photos. As we stayed more in Tennessee, they welcomed our daily visits to the site, answered questions, readily made requested changes in a timely manner, and shared our excitement along the way. As we met to chose "hardware" their design expertise was impeccable and we grew to rely on their suggestions, especially as they learned more about our taste and desires. If we veered away from the budget for areas, they would remind us that it was not in the budget. While the approval process for purchases was frequent, the system of verifying the authority to proceed is important so there is no miscommunication. We are extremely happy with the quality of materials used and the details incorporated into our home. We highly recommend Mike Stevens Homes for your new house build. (I will come back and share final photos in a few weeks.)

We have known Mike Stevens Homes for over several years. Fist met them at a parade of homes property. We have become big fans of their builds. They have a great product at a great value. In comparison to many other builders and properties that I personally interviewed they have always come out on top as able to deliver a high quality, tastefull and intelligent built homes in a financially sensible manner. I am so glad we have chosen Mike Stevens Homes to build our own home. In dealing with them my experience has always been one that exceeds my expectations. Their approach is to build a relationship with the customer and understand the customer. This enables them to deliver what the customer envisions on time and budget. I would urge anyone who is considering having a quality home to check out Mike Stevens Homes. Just drive through the North shore town center neighborhood and see all the different types of homes they have built. The neighborhood is just one of the many properties they have built.
