We had been searching for a home off and on for about 8 months and thought a new build would be out of our price range. We walked into one of these new builds and were impressed by the unique and functional layout. James pointed out a few things and then let us explore. It was nice to not feel pressured but rather supported. James was able to work with us on a great deal and I’m so looking forward to our new home. James is AMAZING!!
I can’t recommend James and Franky enough. From the beginning they’ve been exceptionally kind, helpful, informative, and patient with the home building process. Overall we had an extremely smooth experience with no major or significant issues. While so many people complain about how long building can take, we stayed on track the whole way with no delays! At one point we encountered a small issue, which James and Frankie rectified immediately. The house was painted in a color that looked quite different from what we had originally picked, although the color name was technically correct. This was immediately corrected, and they repainted the entire exterior of the home to make sure we were happy. We are in LOVE with our new home and are so grateful!

From the moment we spoke with James over the phone, he made us feel like we were his number one priority. Moving from Illinois to Texas was a BIG transition for our family, but James made us feel comfortable. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns and anxiousness. He is a genuine person. That really showed throughout the entire building process, as he was very open and honest about everything. He was prompt with his updates, realistic with his timelines, and made sure we understood our responsibilities as buyers. Needless to say, we were very pleased with his professionalism, care, and attentiveness throughout the entire process. We would HIGHLY recommend working with James.We would be remised if we didn't mention, Franky, our general contractor. He too was incredible throughout the building process. He was very knowledgable about the ins and outs of our home. He also thoroughly explained all of our warranties and meticulously walked us through our home to make sure we were satisfied with the craftsmanship. We absolutely love our new home!Thank you, James!
