Bedrock especially at this location is top notch. Bruno Ziger the area manager was very easy to communicate, very responsive, very helpful, and straightforward. Even when my broker and lender kept delaying my closing and asked for an extension, bedrock was able to give us more time with not a single problem. This show home is gorgeous! The Julia in woodbend Leduc. 1800+ sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 baths and such nice finishes. I love the upstairs laundry, gorgeous kitchen, nook in the entryway and big master bedroom.
