Addison Homes Hello everyone, Want to share a brief snippet our amazing experience with Addison homes. We absolutely love our Addison and will definitely be choosing them for any future build. We refer everyone we know to them when asked about a good builder. Our answer to that question is “I know a few good builders but I know a great one you should go with!” Not only do they build to a high level, everyone on the team from the owner James Jordan the owner, office, sales and field team truly have the customers best interest in mind and heart. In our opinion Addison Homes is one of the top builders of Lubbock because they have an eye for detail and are always willing to go above and beyond when issues arise. We love what we have seen in this growing company over the past years. They are always looking for better processes and materials to improve the over all outcome on these amazing homes. Way to go Addison Homes!! They are always a phone call away or a short drive to their model home in Escondido Ranch that is open everyday from Monday through Saturday. Addison Homes was everything we were hoping for. Open, honest, responsive, experienced. They are large enough to get the good subs, but small enough to still provide personalized service. It meant the world to me that I could call or text the owner anytime, and he always responded same day. The entire company made us feel like part of their family, and I know we will have a lifetime relationship. In addition to all of the above, they build beautiful homes! The attention to detail is impressive, and SO many features come standard; they don't nickel and dime you with a huge list of upgrades. I highly recommend Addison Homes; they exceeded our expectations!!! We love our new home. P.S. Their new model home/office is located in Escondido Ranch.
