My wife and I built a custom home near Lake Wisconsin and Bryan and his team built an absolutely beautiful home, high quality finishes, excellent team, first class service. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL. We have already reached back out about a different project. We originally researched area builders and to be honest Bryan was the most responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. They don't cut corners and don't drag their feet either. Really happy with our selection and the process. Our home was built in 2023.

Another excellent experience with CCHW. They built our house, and this past winter, came back to finish our basement. Given how busy they were, we were grateful they took on this smaller job. As expected, they did a fantastic job, coming in slightly under budget and completing the project exactly when they told us it would be done. A bonus was that we got to work with the same team that helped us build our house seven years ago. Bryan has built an excellent company and a fantastic team!

Her passion for her work, CCH, and our vision really helped us make the many decisions you need to make when building a custom home. Brea become an active partner for us and even though she had multiple projects going at once, we never felt deprioritized. CCH and their staff were terrific. We couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them and we love our new home. Thank you all for helping us realize our dream home.

We feel the same as many of the other reviewers that Classic is a top notch builder in the Madison area! We've built four custom homes over the years and working with Classic was our best experience. We live up in Baraboo and that wasn't a problem for them. The communication was easy and efficient. When you're building a house things can get pretty stressful, but we never felt that anyone at Classic was bugged by our emails or calls. Brea was so helpful in the design of our home and the process of reviewing the plans was terrific. They listened to all our needs and concerns and offered great advice. Even though it was the during the pandemic, we didn't have any long delays, which was great. We even moved in on time! We would highly recommend Classic!
