Closing process: Our agent was extremely helpful throughout the entire closing process—very responsive, patient, and detail-oriented. They guided us step by step and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
Superintendent: The superintendent was very thorough and professional. He paid close attention to details and was proactive in addressing our questions and requests. Communication was quick and clear, and we truly felt supported as homeowners.
Floor plan: The floor plan is well-designed and fits our needs perfectly—functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out for everyday living.
The home: The house itself is beautiful and feels very warm and cozy. The layout and finishing touches make it feel like home right away.

From start to finish, Blackrock was wonderful to work with—they listened to every question and concern we had and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Pete was especially amazing to work with! He took the time to walk us through everything, helped us understand all the details about our new home, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism and kindness really stood out.
