First of all this is not a custom home builder. The quality of workmanship is far from custom. Promises given at the signing of a new home construction contract go right out the window once the building begins. Everything is subbed out to the lowest and I might say least talented contractors. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. Most things in our home had to be done over more than once even though we pointed out the issues during construction and way before closing on the house. And still not to a custom home standard. This is the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever encountered. Most of the homes in our neighborhood built by this company have had the same issues with each new build, they obviously never learn their lesson or just don’t care. From the poor quality of cabinetry to poor electrical installation, exterior stucco, tiling etc. Would I recommend or ever use this company again - Most Definitely Not! Buyer Beware!!!
AR Homes is a wonderful company. Here to help you design your dream home. I loved having the opportunity to meet some of the staff and seeing their design room. This is an amazing team that will get the job done efficiently with upholding their value and great communication.
