My home was built by Richardson Custom Builders. Their craftsmanship, quality, style and attention to detail is amazing. I have had several custom homes built over the years and this was the best unquestionably. Everyone on the Richardson team, from the owner to their last teammate takes pride in providing the new home owner an outstanding product. No detail is left undone. Once the home is built any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. They stand behind their craftsmanship! I have found this be a very rare trait in the building industry. I would recommend Richardson Custom Builders without hesitation to family, friends, and acquaintances. We absolutely love our new home. If I have a reason to build another home it will be with Richardson Custom Builders!

Russ, his team, recommended vendors and subs were a true pleasure to work with. Looking back over the experience we feel so fortunate to have found them to design and build our dream house together. They are all so easy to work with and are more than fair with requested changes which always do come up as you proceed through the process. Russ and his team were so helpful during brainstorming sessions to figure out best ways forward when needed and were always responsive to our needs. We consider him and his team friends of ours now and would never build with anyone else.
