Ethan at Swift Creek Homes was outstanding to work with building the custom home of our dreams. Extremely professional and honest through the entire process and fully involved in every step of the entire process. When he said they would do something by a specific deadline, it was completed and correct by or before then. When we wanted to make changes mid project, he sat down with us to make the necessary adjustments to get it done and gave us the realistic impact (time and cost) of any change we wanted to make so we understood before finalizing.
