Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise careful work and clear communication, with accounts also noting remodels that finished within or ahead of schedule. One recent customer says a master-bedroom addition stalled at the drawing stage, follow-up calls went unanswered and the project never reached permit submission; the customer cancelled and received no reply to a request for the initial deposit.

We contracted with them on February 25, 2026. It took over a month to get the drawing for a simple master bedroom addition of 100 square feet. My husband had to constantly call them for updates and many times the call went to phone mail with no return call. We finally cancelled at the end of April because we were getting nowhere. It hasn't even gone to the City for permits. We asked for our initial deposit of $1000 because of breach of contract. No answer to this day.

Caesar and his crew did a great job remodeling my house. They replaced all the flooring, painted the entire interior, and remodeled my second bathroom. Caesar is very professional and attentive to detail. Despite adding additional tasks, such as replacing all interior doors, they completed the job within the quoted time frame. I highly recommend Oceanview Builders. Their work has elevated my home.

I would highly recommend Oceanview Builders. They did a complete remodel of my downstairs including the kitchen, powder room, family room, and living room. We replaced all flooring and baseboards, repainted, and replaced all cabinets and countertops. We expected the project to take from 6-8 weeks, but they finished in a little over 4 weeks. Caesar was very easy to work with when we added a few more items to the project, including replacing 3 interior doors and repainting the staircase. Caesar had great attention to detail during the entire project. We would definitely hire Oceanview Builders again for future remodels.

I’m glad I hired Oceanview Builders. I got my powder room remodeled and I couldn’t be happier. They used bronze accent detailing and installed Calcutta tile. Caesar walked me through the whole project and kept me updated.
