Update Edit: Cabinets have been replaced, paint and vent fixed.The whole building process was a fun and stressful experience, but that is expected with a home build. I would highly recommend them and I have recommended them to friends and family....HOWEVER, the day of move-in we did a walk through and pointed out a few things that needed replaced and/or repaired. These items have been written down and we were told they would get fixed. Touch up painting needed redone, a screen that had a hole in it, windows missing screens that we only found right after we moved in, windows that are scratched and were told would be repaired, a vent cover for our dryer vent, a cracked cabinet door ect. It has been 3 months now and nothing has been resolved! We have made a couple attempts to contact parry and all we get is they will look into it. We were extremely happy when we moved in, but now we feel like we've been pushed aside since the build is finished. I am hoping this is made right and I can update this review.
We came in with an Internet designed home and Parry brought it to life! Started the dig mid-January and moved in mid-September. Great team all the way around. Would highly recommend the solid home they build. Every room is comfortable, the insulated laundry room is a nice touch, and I know all the efforts they take with waterproofing will keep things dry! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid custom home!
My husband and I started the process of designing out home in March 2023. They were so patient and helpful throughout the process of preparing for construction. Ashley Walos and Staci Taylor went above and beyond helping us to design our home. Ashley was able to help us make the perfect floor plan, while Staci got the specific stain from the cabinet maker to be able to match our mantel and stairs! Throughout the build, Parry was timely and communicative of what was going on! We beat our expected move in date by two months and got us in just in time to host our Thanksgiving for family! Jon was great preconstruction, and Jaecey was an awesome project manager who was able to make our dreams come true! We recommend Parry to any of our friends and family!
We recently completed a new home build with Parry Custom Homes. Couldn’t be more pleased with our beautiful new home! It is exactly what we dreamed of and completed ahead of schedule in spite of the time delays from utility companies. After much research, I selected Parry Custom Homes as my builder. From the design stage to closing, my experience with the Parry team was excellent. Communication was non-stop. Any questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Telephone calls, emails and text messages were handled quickly. There was always assistance through every stage of the build.I closed on my home in December, 2022 and couldn't be happier.The quality of my new house is excellent. I have a beautiful, solidly built, comfortable home. I highly recommend Parry, they care about you and your build.
