We purchased our home 4 yrs ago… it is an absolutely beautiful home, that’s why we went this direction…. But a very cheap product with very bad workmanship.In the first two weeks, plumbing backed up, they had to tear up the driveway to find that the sewer lines had not been connected to the city lines….Our fireplace started rusting at 6 months, A/C vents were not installed properly and we had to have them repaired and then painted.Now this last year, master shower tiles are coming up, dining room windows are leaking, carpet is coming up all over the upstairs and the entire living room floor is buckling….. only to be told that as the home owner's we had not taken care of our home properly. The list goes on unfortunately…… this is not our first build, but I would never recommend Grand because of the poor workmanship and lack of care for their product. Please , be sure you know what you are getting in to!We will have to do thousands of dollars of repairs before we can ever start to resell.
My buyers had a great experience with their home purchase and all their upgrades. Home was built and closed on time. Buyers were very happy. Their sales consultant was Julian at Grand Heritage. He was very professional, communicative, and patient with answering all my Buyer’s questions. Would highly recommend him.
I don't often give reviews but when I do it's for a JOB WELL DONE! As a real estate broker, I enjoy working with other peers in the industry who are professional, courteous and know their product. Julian Vasquez exemplifies the type of character that promotes the type of vibes that lead to an overall positive experience for not only myself but most importantly my clients. A very big and beautiful trail with pond and Creek, sometime it gets little crowded, not very easy for social distancing, keeping a mask on is the best!
Beautiful Grand Homes model, of course. The homes are as well beautiful, most importantly they are built with quality. As a realtor I walk many homes and some stick out for the wrong reasons like the lack of quality but this one was just the opposite. Many builders I would not recommend but Grand Homes is definitely on my recommendation list.
