Recent reviews often highlight helpful, responsive sales representatives who explain the process clearly and keep communication moving during purchase and construction. Several buyers mention smooth first-time homebuying experiences and appreciation for guidance on floor plans and financing steps. Some feedback raises concerns about the post-move-in warranty process, noting delays or temporary fixes. Overall ratings reflect strong sales support with mixed experiences after closing.

Fady Issac, the builder’s representative, was fantastic throughout the entire new construction process. He was professional and always quick to address any questions or concerns I had.

Fady made sure everything stayed on track and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.

Highly recommend working with him if you’re considering new construction!

Cherrion Ebanks on LGI Homes - Port St. Lucie

I love LGI homes! Their wide variety of floor plans gives you great options to choose from. My husband & I I met with Brandon & he is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable & he genuinely wants to help you find the home that suits you. I appreciate how he breaks down the information. Not overwhelming, just simple and easy to understand & relatable.

LGI Homes has an amazing real estate team. Our agent, Brandon, was incredible and really went out of his way to assist us in the home-buying process. As first-time home-buyers, the process was very confusing, but he was there every step of the way.

Now that we are in the home, our warranty experience has been extremely disappointing. The warranty is only helpful when it comes to applying band-aids to a problem. Anything requiring an actual fix has proven to be frustrating. We found a chronic water leak in the master bathroom shower three months into ownership. Despite submitting work orders and having workmen come out to fix the issue three separate times, the problem persists. Each time, the shower enclosure was disassembled and 'repaired', reassembled, and the drywall damage was patched, only for the same issue to reoccur within 2-3 months. Most recently, it only took about a week to see drywall damage again.

With our warranty about to expire, we submitted a fourth work order to address the water leak once again. The order was quietly marked as completed, despite no work being done or communication from LGI. When we submitted a fifth work order pointing out that nothing had been fixed, we were met with silence. We also spoke with warranty representatives about the situation and they essentially told us anything after the warranty period is our problem. Now we will be stuck with a leaky shower in a brand new home and will have to pay out of pocket for repairs or a full replacement.

It is worth noting that throughout our warranty period, we experienced a fair amount of unprofessional behavior from our company representative, Bryon. He became more unresponsive as the issue evolved. There were also unrelated work orders that were fulfilled in which he questioned us about the technician’s decisions, as if to blame us for their actions.

Given what I know now, I would not choose to do business with LGI Homes again. The initial satisfaction has been severely overshadowed by ongoing headaches and lack of support.

Clara Gabriela Cunha on LGI Homes - Port St. Lucie

I LOVE my home!!! If you’re looking into buying a new home, I highly recommend Geremy Herrera. He will definitely take care of you and your family like he did for mine. He made the process of buying my first home so smooth and easy. When we walked into the LGI office we were absolutely clueless on what we were doing, but he explained everything we needed to do to succeed in buying my home.

On my new home journey I chose LGI Homes and I’m so thankful that I made that choice. I would like to acknowledge and thank Mr. Brandon Mulenburg for being so professional and working so hard and diligently and making the home buyer process so stress free. We love our new home and recommend LGI Homes for your next home finding.

Frequently Asked Questions

The office provides sales consultations for new construction, model home tours, and guidance through the purchase and closing process. Staff can review timelines, floor plans, and community information and help coordinate next steps with the build team.

Walk-ins are often possible during posted hours, but appointments help ensure a representative is available to answer detailed questions. Calling ahead is recommended if you want to review specific floor plans or discuss timelines.

Bring a government-issued ID and any basic financing information you have so staff can tailor options to your situation. If you have a preferred timeline or must-have features, sharing those early helps narrow floor plans.

Buyers typically communicate with a designated representative who provides updates and answers questions. Reviewers note that responsiveness is a strong point during the build and purchase phases.

Some reviews express satisfaction with closing and move-in, while others raise concerns about warranty responsiveness and the durability of certain fixes. It’s a good idea to review warranty terms in detail and document any issues promptly after move-in.
