My house is under the first year warranty.My furnace drain was frozen and I called the home warranty phone number and Quinn got back with me right away and turned in the service order to be taken care of the next day.Jeff and Pete showed up right on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to answer my questions. They made sure they picked up everything when they left and turned off the lights and shut my garage door. Very appreciated!
