Sean and his team built our forever house 3 years ago. He was far and away the most attentive builder we approached to review our blueprints, and the only one who pointed out construction issues on the blueprints. He also noted several changes that in retrospect, all turned out to be astute observations. The process, from beginning to end, was very well managed. Sean, Vince, and Jarrett personally oversaw it all, and we never once felt left out of the loop or neglected. The inevitable hiccups that transpired were all relatively minor, and managed very professionally and effectively. Not pushy, but also always willing to offer advice, and understanding when we decided to do something different, the experience overall was top notch. The end product is stunning, and of the highest quality. 3 years later, there is still a connection if an issue arises. I would not hesitate to build with them again, and indeed, I had them build my professional office as well with the same great product at the end.

We built our house with Design Innovations in 2004.. Over the Moon then and over Mars now.. You see, last week I had a self induced urgent situation develop with our home, and Sean and Jarrett responded. They were on site almost immediately, proposed a couple of solutions and completed the chosen remedy the following week in a very affordable manner... A big shout out for Sean, Jarret and team, they responded to us as if we bought the house yesterday. Thank You!

Sean and the team at Homes by Design Innovations did an excellent job on our home. We looked at many new infill homes during our house hunt and decided on this house because the quality was a clear step above others we looked at. My wife and I had a beautiful custom home built by Sean and his team at Homes By Design Innovations and we’ve been living in it for over 5 years now. I believe we’ve received excellent value for our money and we love our home as much today as the day we moved in. Did we have challenges during the build? Of course but nothing that couldn’t be solved working together and certainly no more than we’ve experienced with any other builder. The home design is very unique and the quality of work is excellent. We recently had an fairly serious issue with some plumbing to a toilet in our garage. I contacted Sean and without hesitation, he sent a crew to my home 5 years later and fixed the problem no questions asked. To me, that’s amazing service and show’s they care about quality and looking after their customers.
