In construction, that’s almost unheard of, and it speaks volumes about how organized and professional their entire team is. Every stage of the build felt high-end. The quality was obvious, and the trades they work with are some of the best in the city. What really stood out to us was the level of customization they allowed. We came in with some pretty specific ideas and dreams, and not only did they listen—they made it happen. Building our house with Sarasota was an amazing process. The team has such great knowledge of what will work both functionally and stylistically, so we felt very comfortable and confident in our decisions. As this was our first time building, Bry, Sarah, Michelle and Joel, were all very patient and kind. They even entertained some of our more wild ideas throughout the process and the suggestions that they made really improved the overall space and livability. Highly recommend building with Sarasota, and I would choose to build with them again. We truly love our home.

My husband and I decided to make the move to St Albert after admiring the city for many years. We explored our options for building a new home and decided to build with Sarasota. This was our first Sarasota home but our second build. Working with Sarasota far surpassed our expectations and our previous experience with another builder. The fact the Sarasota is a custom builder meant that we were able to really work with Michelle and her team to get what we wanted. The design process is thoughtful and allows clients the time to consider all of their options. The Sarasota design team worked with us to create our dream home. During a build there are always hiccups considering all the details that need to be considered. When we raised concerns the team was responsive and worked with us to find a solution. They also took our timeline into consideration when finishing the home. Working with Sarasota has been a pleasure despite the stress that can go along with a new build. We highly recommend a Sarasota home!
