I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was parked in a parking spot and one of their employess (Tony) got out of their company logo cars and INTENTIONALLY door dinged my vehicle & I witnessed it. I contacted the manager Maria at their head quarters office and they are refusing to pay for my damages as they say there was no witnesses even though their employee (Tony) reported it to them and took pictures of my truck that shows the damage in the pictures after I confronted him. Why would (Tony) report it if nothing happened?
I would NOT trust a company that wont pay up for damages that there employees cause because I dont have a witness.

Be cautious using this company.

Ben, project manager, deserves a huge THANK YOU! Your help with this process has been invaluable and you have made this experience really positive and encouraging for my family. What had been a rocky start experience with shift in personnel at Reality was quickly turned into a positive experience because of your work ethic, dedication, communication, and commitment to making our vision for a house come to life. Our project manager, Ben, made this entire process fluid and easy to collaborate.

We have built two homes through Reality Homes (2015 and 2024) Neil and Tamara H. Both homes are solidly built and energy efficient. The synergy within the Reality Homes team is impressive. They worked with us every step of the way from breaking ground through the final inspection and beyond. Communication was outstanding, challenges were quickly resolved, and we always felt part of the process. The contractors Reality hired were exceptional in their trades.

Savannah M. is a very knowledgeable and conscientious Scheduling Coordinator. Savannah consistently kept us updated on progress and immediately notified us of any changes. She is courteous, reliable, patient, and had our best interests at heart. Her communication skills are outstanding, all our questions and concerns were quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Savannah was a pleasure to work with.

Ben R. is an exceptional Project manager. He is personable and his communication was consistent in person and by phone / email. He completely understands every step of the building process and kept in communication with us, the Reality team, and contractors. He was our advocate and ensured every contractor efficiently completed their jobs. He also kept us informed of our responsibilities so contractors could keep to the schedules. At first, Josh W. was our Project Manager, who is also exceptional. Because of Ben and Josh W., the entire building process went smoother than expected. Any challenges or obstacles were addressed and resolved in a timely manner and exceeded expectations.

For reference, in Lewis County WA, and with the current market, it took appx 9 months for our home to be built after excavation and installation of power & septic. The entire process took less than one year.

Josh White was an exceptional project manager for my home build with Reality Homes. His responsiveness and professionalism were unparalleled, making him the best project manager I worked with during the process.

Josh consistently went above and beyond to accelerate my build timeline, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently. His proactive communication meant I rarely had to call Reality Homes with questions or concerns—he always kept me informed and addressed any issues promptly.

Thanks to Josh’s dedication and expertise, my experience was significantly less stressful, and I’m incredibly happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a project manager who truly delivers!

The only thing redeemable about this company is the people working for them. Our first Project Manager Doug Kreier , who retired midway through the build and Ben Revenko our final project manager (we had 3 project managers during the build) were the VERY BEST. Ben finished our home build with us and was very professional, attentive to every detail and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the building process. We give these two men 5 Plus Plus Stars!! I must include the trades… wonderful to work with. With all the frustrations of building this home, these people made it bearable. Their value is beyond measure!!!
