Novacon Custom Home Builders & Additions

Building a custom home requires a lot of money, time and patience. Whether the investment is worth it, depends largely on finding the right builder. For us, Novacon was the right builder. They fulfilled their promise of giving us “peace of mind knowing [we chose] a professional builder, who is focused on providing [us] a home of exceptional quality and a building experience that [we] will love.” We would highly recommend Novacon to anyone looking for a home builder for the following reasons: - We had a relatively stress-free experience. And, when there was an issue or a problem, the company handled it promptly and professionally. - The behind-the-scenes planning, scheduling and re-scheduling kept production moving forward at a consistent pace. - Design expertise available, if needed – We welcomed and appreciated Melika’s wonderful design ideas. She pushed us to embrace design styles that we would have been too shy to try on our own. In the end, we are very happy with all the design choices. - Responsiveness – even while working on a few different jobs, the Novacon team is prompt and appropriately responsive. - The people – Choosing to build a custom house can be risky. However, with Novacon, we had equipped ourselves with an experienced team of professionals that we could trust. They were always looking out for our best interest. We are very happy in our new home. Thank you to Pavel, Melika, Yvan, and the Novacon team, for a fantastic job.

We've had the pleasure of collaborating with Novacon as their architectural designers since 2024, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Their deep knowledge of construction, budgeting, and timelines brings a high level of clarity and efficiency to every project we work on together. Communication is always professional and responsive, and the entire team is friendly and easy to work with. Having their in-house interior designer involved early in the design concept phase has also helped produce more polished and cohesive outcomes for our shared projects. A truly dependable and skilled builder!

We recently embarked on an extensive downtown Toronto condo reno and were very apprehensive at first. Lucky for us we picked Novacon and could not be happier with the results. The Novacon team exceeded our expectations in terms of professionalism and workmanship. Their team of trades are incredibly punctual and the entire work was well coordinated. Kudos to Eric, Melika, and Yvon for making our reno journey very successful. Melika was our project manager/coordinator who actively listened to every concern we had and addressed every single one of them with impeccable professionalism and always in a timely manner. Novacon not only delivered but also exceeded all of our expectations.

Novacon’s team was so pleasurable to work with. Melika, their designer, was full of beautiful ideas but also took into account our own styles and vision, bringing it all to life! Their project manager, Yvon, was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable - full of great workarounds and solutions. Their crew was always of quality, and we are extremely happy with the beauty of our home!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Novacon for our house renovation and addition. Everyone at Novacon is not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also some of the kindest, most genuine people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Pavel, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we were getting the best value for our budget and that we ended up with a house to suit our family's needs. And every member of the team, from Henry and Yvon to Melika, Linda, Margie, and Brandon, as well as the many tradespeople involved in our project, was an absolute joy to work with. They were always available to answer our questions, provide updates on the progress of the renovation, and offer creative solutions when things didn't quite go according to plan. But what really sets Novacon apart is the level of care and attention they put into every project. They treat each home with genuine respect, and it shows in the quality of their workmanship. They take the time to get to know their clients and truly understand their vision for their home, and they work tirelessly to bring that vision to life. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful team of contractors, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented group of professionals to work with. Frankly, Novacon was one of the higher quotes we received for our project, but everything was so clearly explained and thoughtout that we felt most comfortable going with them. When it comes to something as important as your home, you really do get what you pay for. And with Novacon, you get so much more than just a renovation - you get a team of passionate, dedicated individuals who truly care about making your house feel like a home.
