3+ years later we are still very pleased with our home. Recently we discovered an unfortunate incident involving water leaking in a wall (latent construction defect, but hey these things can happen...). Greg and his Tucson Plumbing sub recognized it as their issue and completely took care of it at significant expense. This speaks volumes about a builder's integrity and standing behind his and his sub-contractor's work
