Not even close to a great experience. Incompetence runs deep with this company. If you go with this company, it's going to be a long battle of disappointment with your reward of a house that was put together by unskilled, unprofessional workers.Home Gallery is a joke to say the very least. No one is informed about what credits you have or budget that's approved for those completing a loan through them. Plan on the shoulder shrug treatment, "I don't know".What you bought was a dream and what you received is a nightmare. Fun fact- plan on having to spend months getting all the items fixed that should be correct on a New home. Hold these people accountable.
Very clean and organized gallery. Staff were professional and friendly..so much fun to look through and pick out our items. Great selection. Can't wait to see it come to fruition.
Jennifer Marek's as the design consultant was knowledgeable and extremely helpful .
Spent 6 hours picking out everything from tile, to grout, to countertops, to carpet, fixtures, trim pieces etc.. just to come home and find a summary sheet missing items we just spent all that time choosing. Ok that’s fine people make mistakes, this one just happened to be $2,100 worth of mistakes. Nevertheless we decided against it as we were already going $7k over our initial budget. We spoke over the phone and set everything straight to receive the next summary sheet that was missing items still! Additionally they configured portions of the bathroom wrong and got our bathroom fixtures finishes wrong. We called and corrected it yet again and also had to remind our “expert” of multiple choices we had made the day prior.Fast forward to today and we receive a call saying, while they put it on the summary sheet, they forgot to charge us for bathroom shelves and they needed to charge us an additional cost for an electrical outlet that we worked with a different company to set up. Just an additional $250 mistake. My point to this whole thing is when people are spending this amount of money on a new home, while I don’t expect perfection, I expect some attention to detail. We leave the home gallery with $32k worth of options chosen and after 4 phone calls were up to $36k? You forgot to let us know about $4, 000 worth of options we chose? This is supposed to be the enjoyable part of building a home and it’s been nothing but stressful this past week. It almost feels as if they purposely left these items out to make the amount justifiable in our eyes, then just as we accept they pile on more. It’s not professional and it’s beyond acceptable for any company let alone company of this magnitude.
Beautiful and stylish just like Richmond American Homes always does it.
