Just wanted to share my experience with Matt Edwards at Lennar in Vacaville. I honestly don't understand how someone like him works there. From the moment we interacted, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No respect, no patience, and definitely no sense of customer service.Buying a home is a big deal, and dealing with someone like Matt just made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. He treated us like we were a bother, not like potential homeowners. It felt like he had no interest in helping us or answering questions – just attitude and eye rolls.Honestly, he should be fired.Do better.
