I went into the model home and the sales person Indy was eating lunch, I apologized for interrupting her. She didn’t get up at all to greet me and had a very dismissive demeanor. I let her know I was there helping with a project which required me to ask what the community incentives were. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know and didn’t give me any information and told me that incentives are what she decides and they don’t have one set incentive. I understand that but she never even offered to assist at all. I asked for a card and left. Is this how Bloomfield does business because I have never gone to any model home and been treated this way. This is a coaching opportunity for how to treat people, who make the time to come into your model homes.

Mrs. Indy is so great in what she does. She was with us all the way til closing on the house. Keep us up on what was going on and what was going to happen next. If you are in the market in getting a house you need to come on out to the North Grove community and let her and the team take care of you. You want be disappointed.
