We lived in Northern Nevada and began our house search 18 months ago. Looking for a newly built home, we chose Lillian due to the quality of construction and what we felt were upgrades over what we had seen with other builders. From the start, Kelly was fantastic, working with Jessica, our realtor, ensuring we could find our perfect new home. As we lived out of state, this was no easy task, but Kelly and her team were up for the challenge and once we purchased our home, Alberto was great in conducting Face Time walkthroughs and inspections leading up to the closing of escrow. Even after we moved in two weeks ago, Kelly and Alberto have always been there for us, providing quick responses and answers to our questions, and dealing with issues we experienced. Buying our Deam home from 1600 miles away is something we never want to do again; however, we could not have asked for a better Team of professionals that make up Lillian Homes. My family and I walked away from building our dream home with Lillian after experiencing one of the most unprofessional and dishonest processes we’ve ever been through. What should have been one of the most exciting milestones in our lives quickly became filled with stress, disappointment, and frustration. Lost time and money! Feels like FRAUD!

From the start, we were met with broken promises, poor communication, and misleading information. Instead of being treated with respect and care, we constantly felt deceived and dismissed. Every step of the way revealed more red flags until it became clear this was not a company we could trust with such an important investment.

Buying or building a home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and it requires honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Unfortunately, Lillian showed us none of these qualities. We would never want another family to go through what we went through, which is why we felt it was necessary to speak out.

I cant say enough about how please we are with Lillian Homes. Matt really did help our dreams come true. He is very kind and thoughtful and answered all the questions we had along the way of buying our first house. He went above and beyond trying to help make our dreams come true. From encouraging words to getting flowers replaced to checking up on contractors it made every step feel like he was walking right beside us the whole way. Our house, words can not express how happy we are with it. Its beautiful and very well insulated. I got that "its home " feel right from the beginning. I highly recommend Lillian Homes and Matt. If you are wanting to buy you need yo give him a call. He wont let you down.

I will start with I should have listened to the other reviews. My experience with Lillian started with he sales manger not returning emails or calls and had to use a real-estate agent to get a response. Should have ran then. Sales manager and construction manager always late or don't show at all for meetings. Design center made multiple mistakes on our choices. That is on us as well for not catching them during the rushed time to choose. Then comes the construction. Had to have part of the brick cut out due to brick contractors forgetting to add part of the water shed and completely not putting one on part of the front. Had to have brick cut out to put stone back in to get within design spec. You can still tell it was an after thought. Tile in master shower has one wall that is an inch too short per the plans and is exaggerated due to the tile lay out. Tile on the columns on each side of tub has grout lines that are a half inch away from lining up after I made a request to fix tile that was notched into the other. Their final answer from the COO is it is within their specs and they will not fix, as they have already fixed it once. They even had the nerve to say that they did the repair this way at my request. Not to mention every time we turned around they were asking us to put in a request to cancel our contract, know full well it states if we request to cancel they can keep all earnest money and money paid towards upgrades (30k total). Still trying to figure out why I would choose to take bad and make it worse and then smile when giving them $$$ for this poor craftsmanship.
