We recently purchased a Barcelona Custom home in Brock and are loving it! The quality of construction is phenomenal. Tad Carpenter and the team at Barcelona are a pleasure to deal with. We found the team to be honest, transparent and timely in their communication. I have been able to reach the team at any time (including weekends) for questions. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a Barcelona custom home. They are beautiful, high quality, and Tad and his team stand behind them. Thanks!

I rarely write reviews, but had to jump on here and strongly recommend Barcelona Custom Homes to anyone in the market for a builder. We actually found our home after it was completed, however fell in love with it. Our Home Inspector told us that it was one of the better homes that he has seen recently, and someone with extreme OCD was involved in our build. Tad has been readily available after the sell to answer any silly questions we have had, and even spent a couple hours after closing going over all the nuances of a new build and it's workings. Lastly, we are preparing for a major freeze this week and we have never operated on a well before, and I was floored when Tad stopped by personally (two months after closing) to give us some tips on how to protect our well from freezing and save us some headaches. Who does that? So pleased with Barcelona Custom Homes, and although we most likely have our forever home, we would highly recommend to our Friends and Family.
