We purchased our home in April of 2025 and when the time came to have some warranty work done we reached out to Colleen. We didn't know what to expect as we had never had to do this before but Colleen has made the process so easy. She not only coordinated for the different contractors to come out but she also followed up to assure everything was correct and that everyone had made their way to our house for whatever was needed. She has gone above and beyond to be accommodating and even sent me reminders before appointments were scheduled (which was very helpful with a newborn). We love Colleen!

I now live in the most beautiful home that I’ve ever purchased in my life!!! Me and my wife looked at many houses, but when we viewed our first Kenmark home, our search was over! Not only are they built an electric form with a fantastic floor plan but everyone we work with could not have been any nicer And Accommodating during our buying process!Shane Hatcher Is fantastic and was always there for us whether we wanted to stop by and see the house during one of the numerous times or needed an honest answer to our questions. I trust him 100%.Gunter Early is the builder project manager. He made sure no details were missed! We are very OCD and even after the purchase, if there’s anything small that we missed during the walkthrough, he was quick to answer and had somebody right over to touch up what we needed. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and made sure nothing was missed to make sure we were getting our dream home!Colleen handled all the warranty info. Absolutely amazing! Kenmark homes did it right, we knew this was our home as soon as we walked in and saw the build quality. After seeing so many homes by other builders that are only beautiful on the outside, but were mostly horrible build quality on the inside we knew right away Kenmark was the right choice. Kris, Oscar, and Colleen made the new home purchase even better! They were extremely thoughtful, thorough, and super helpful even post purchase. All are extremely responsive if you were to have any questions. I highly recommend you give them a look.
Our entire experience with Kenmark Homes was wonderful! Kris Kaiser was our go to guy. We took a completely custom floor plan and they helped us design it into our perfect dream home. We were kept well informed of every step in the process and every little concern we might have had was addressed quickly. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did build again we’d most definitely use Kenmark Homes!
