Don’t care for the customer once they have your money. Wouldn’t exchange an appliance that never worked since move in day and had 4 different people try to repair

Poor quality materials and workmanship. Our townhouse is 2 years old and there is mold in the attic. Floors are not level, cabinet doors are too far apart and the list goes on and on.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our new home at Overlook At Rockford Falls. From beginning to end the customer service has been exceptional. The sales office as well as the builders team have gone above and beyond our expectation. A special thanks to Amy with the sales team and Kenny with the builders crew.
