Great place to do business. As a homeowner with no knowledge of oil burners and furnaces, they were very polite and patient with me. They helped me understand my system and even though they can’t sell parts to the general public for liability reasons which is totally understandable, they referred me to a professional HVAC contractor who is honest and trustworthy. My oil burner problems are over thanks to the great counter staff at Sid Harvey. Thanks so much. I appreciate it.

They require HVAC license to make any purchase. Tried to get the part for the heat pump, -2 tonight, no heat, family with little baby, they don’t care. Had to order it on Amazon.

Awesome team that goes above and beyond always! I repair and install HVAC equipment and they almost always have what I need if not a universal replacement part to recommend. The whole counter crew is very personable and they’re like a second family to me. I can call with a question about anything and they’ll point me in the right direction! Knowing they have my back as a dealer and as a small business makes it easy to prevent stress that I no longer have to take home.
