Sig Cox has always felt like they are doing the right thing. They installed a new unit for us and we have a service contract with them. During the install of the new unit, problems were present from the old system. Though it was not part of the original install plan, Sig Cox fixed these issues at no additional cost. One of the issues they fixed was replacing the main intake duct. All of the technicians that come out are wonderful. They are punctual and all very nice and knowledgeable. Today, our technician was Corey. I just can not say enough good things about him. He was very kind and worked fast. I just always feel like I am in good hands with Sig Cox. Please consider them for your HVAC needs. They are wonderful.
