My heat went down. I called them. They came right away. They got my heat working. They didn’t charge me. The following day They came and replaced my exhaust motor and cleaned my ducts. They guaranteed their work and parts. I highly recommend.

We had some unexpected issues after moving back into our home this fall. First, we noticed a slight gas smell in the basement, and our CO2 alarm kept going off, so we had to call the gas company to check for leaks. Around the same time—right before Thanksgiving—the weather dropped and our furnace suddenly stopped staying on or heating properly. Our contractor contacted Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning, and they came out within a couple of hours. During the first visit the furnace seemed to work, but about 15 minutes after they left it shut off again. I reached back out, and they returned within three hours. They immediately noticed the furnace was behaving oddly. Marcos suspected a vent issue and, even though it was already dark outside, he got the furnace running well enough to keep us warm overnight. The team came back the next day and discovered the real issue: the exterior vent had been covered by wood and siding during other work on the house. Once they uncovered it, the furnace worked perfectly—and the gas smell disappeared. Throughout this entire process, their customer service provided by Marco was outstanding. He answered all my questions, responded quickly to text messages, and carried themselves with complete professionalism. They were patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to making sure our home was safe and warm.
