Cooper, the service and repair man who came to our home and serviced our furnace did an inspection and found out that we needed a new blower motor for our furnace. He informed us that he would have to return in the morning with a new one. He said he would be here at 8:00 am, and sure enough he was here as promised. He went right to work on our furnace and in less than an hour, we were back up and running. When he was finished, he cleaned up the whole area around where he had been working. He also gave us important preventative maintenance that we could do in order to keep our furnace working in tip top condition. We will be recommending Cooper and Iron Mountain heating and air to all of our family and friends. We will be informing our business associates of the professional service and respect we received. Highly recommend! Iron mountain came out to my Condo in Reno, NV and did a fabulous job on the service! The appt was made quickly and my tech arrived on time, and he took the time to explain to me why my furnace was acting the way it was. He did a great service and my furnace is running good as new!I appreciated Coopers straightforward approach, ability to give me a quick repair, and his honesty in letting me know that I should start preparing for a full replacement in the future. As a single woman I often feel people are trying to upsell me into something I don’t need quite yet, and I never felt that way once with the information that was given to me and the service plan we now have in place.Overall, Iron Mountain is amazing and I’m so glad I found them!
Cooper brought excellent value and comfort to my home and family. It was a tough job due to the prior history of 'customization' this old house has endured, but his unmatched thrift and tenacity has resulted in a reliable and efficient heating-and-cooling system that far surpasses what we had to begin with. It is so hard to find good HVAC service - Iron Mountain is a rare gem!
We had a water leak recently that ruined our ancient furnace. Cooper came out promptly and evaluated everything very quickly. He was very professional and wonderful to work with in our home. Our dogs love him, and they don't like people in general. We got an excellent price on a new HVAC system. I am so glad we went with Iron Mountain for our HVAC needs!
