Honest, family-owned company. Customer service is polite and professional. The service technicians are honest and knowledgeable. They also install hot water heaters as well as Generac generators so they are a one shop stop that will tell you straight. I like the personalized service. I feel like I am a valued customer. The long and short of it, I trust them. Highly recommend
American Air is a locally owned company which does not mean it is Bobba and his little brother. They are a professionally operated business with skilled employees, good equipment and competitive prices.Our 30-year-old heat pump was on its last legs, and I Solicited estimates from two HVAC installers. One from a regional company with a service area from Nashville to Chattanooga and one from a local company, American Air. The American Air proposal was much less costly for equivalent equipment.The American Air installation team of Daniel, AJ, and Miquel were efficient, courteous, and took pains to protect my house during their work.The new unit is working fine and is covered by American Air’s warranty. If you have HVAC needs I suggest giving American Air a chance to make a proposal.

Had a difficult time finding a hvac company that knew how to replace vent floor and wall vent ducting in an old house (1930s). This company was able to figure it out and do the custom work needed to have it be completed correctly. Professional and friendly throughout! Could not be more pleased with the work done and the great crew! Will definitely recommend and use for any future needs.
American Air installed a mini-split in my new sunroom and replaced a water heater with a tankless system. The team was terrific! They were prompt, neat, and did an excellent job in exactly the time specified. The crew went over the system so I understood it and thoroughly tested the system before leaving. I couldn't be happier from start to finish ... very professional team including Becky, Lamar, Jack, and Dave. I appreciated the quick turn around and their meticulous work. Thank you!!
