Had Heat and air Conditioning unit looked at,ll. The service Technician did something to change the unit moisture output. I called the next day to informed the company that there was and issue, and what I got from the oerson I spoke with whatl was being told that the issue wasn't cause by their tech. When the issue that I explain wasn't their before the technician did whatever HE did. I wasn't being heard so ?? it was a waste of my time explaining it to the person I was speaking to. I going to have to call another company who hopefully will find and correct the issue.

I made the above post, but since then the issue I had with 2d wind has been rectify. 2nd Wind sent another technician out to my home this morning, the gentleman did a thorough review of my unit, answered my questions and ensured that I was pleased ?? with the service. I appreciate that 2nd Wind for reviewing my previous comments and reaching out to me. I am now pleased and would definitely use 2nd Wind Again. Thank ?? You.

I had an outstanding experience with this company's customer service. The technician arrived exactly on time and was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the visit. Not only was he highly knowledgeable about the immediate issues I was facing, but he also took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Furthermore, he proactively identified potential future problems and gave me great advice on how to prevent them. I highly recommend their services!

Alex came and actually diagnosed our systems. AAA Heat and Air did the original install. I called them out first to figure out why I had a $700.00 power bill. They said I needed 2 whole new units at $14,000. AAA didn't do the first diagnostic. Just wanted to sell me 2 new units. Thank God I called 2nd Wind. Turns out AAA screwed the pooch on the install. I don't know how my house didn't burn down.
2nd Wind has my business. If the rest of their techs are as thorough as Alex you can't go wrong.

I appreciated the same day service. The technician, Jared, was very professional and super nice and completed the repair in a timely fashion. The cost appeared to be within industry standards. If I have any complaint, it is that it should be stated that the estimate being presented is over and above the $99 service fee. It's my failure to read the screen closer. I was thinking the amount presented was going to have the fee deducted considering I paid the fee after agreeing to the job and then paid a portion toward the amount I was agreeing to.

I am extremely glad we chose this company. I was nervous because finding honest, good quality HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing companies is hard to find. My families story and how 2nd Wind Responded made them a customer for life. My wife and I bought our home about a year and a half ago and I knew the HVAC was already 20 years old was hoping to squeeze some more life out of it before replacing. My wife and I return home from the hospital with our first born child, and the air went out! In the middle of 100 degree temps. I did quick research and found 2nd Wind they got a young tech whom was extremely professional here within 30 minutes, he evaluated and said they’d have to replace. I explained we needed to get house cooled down for the baby and he immediately called his boss and they grabbed window AC units brought them to our home installed them at no charge until a central HVAC fix could be made. They showed the human side of a business and customer care that many don’t these days.

The next big thing they did thats rare these days I told them I wanted the same Goodman Central Pack we had because it lasted 20 years. They didn’t try to upsell me, cut me a break on the price and owner spoke with me on the phone thanking me for the business and said he had kids so he understood the situation I was in with a newborn and would get the team out there as soon as possible to install and replace with the new unit. Crew got here and completed the entire install in a single day even ran new returns and did it professionally. This is a great company, its so rare to find companies like this that actually care about the customer, the quality of their work and aren’t focused on an upsell for everything. Just good people, good firm they have my business for life.
