We recently (May 2026) had a new Daikin split unit installed by All American Heat & Air and had a great experience from start to finish. The team arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and completed the full installation around 12:30 PM. Three technicians worked on the project, and the entire process was organized, efficient, and professional.Before any work began, the technicians clearly explained the installation process, pricing, and what to expect. The final cost matched exactly what was discussed beforehand, which I really appreciated. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous.After completing the new unit installation, they also identified a previous issue related to my dampers. They quickly arranged for another technician come out the very same day. The issue was resolved within about an hour and at a very reasonable price. By 1:30 PM, everything was fully installed, repaired, and running properly.It’s hard to find companies that combine professionalism, honesty, fair pricing, and fast service, but All American Heat & Air delivered on all of it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installation or repair services.
Called because when I turned on my air conditioning it actually blew very warm. This would happen at all times, even when the unit was turned off unless it was turned off at the breaker box. Maintenance rep came out and discovered that there was a shirt on the electric line that goes to the heating elements in the air exchanger. Within a short time he had run down the short, fixed it and had us blowing cool air again. What I really appreciated was their promptness and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
Josh was excellent and very personable. Explained everything thoroughly and even offered some extra items for our consideration. I would recommend Josh for all of your HVAC needs! You will not be disappointed.
Just had my HVAC units serviced by Taylor. It was a pleasure to meet him. He has excellent customer service skills and glady answered all my question. I renewed my service contract as well.
