On a Saturday at 7pm our AC stopped blowing cool air, I called for an emergency diagnostic and within 15min Shane called and was on the way. He was so thorough with explaining everything and very friendly! We appreciate him coming out even when it was late on a weekend! I would highly recommend!!

Nick came to do my service/check up and was very efficient and a delight to chat with as he did his work. All of the people I have worked with have been great. Two houses, 8 years of being a customer and 4 new unit installs later (2 at each house) later I am still very happy. New house is in Ridge Spring (a good ways away from their office) and they came and professionally installed 2 new Lenox units. I am beyond happy.The new house was a total rip out and replace of all the pieces of HVAC and the job was done quickly, professionally and exactly at the agreed upon price point. They came when they said they would, did the work they said they would and followed up to verify that I was happy. Can't ask for more than that.In 8 years there have been a few blips but each time they fix the issue and make it right. It's not always easy to find quality service and products anymore but Carolina Comfort sells quality and matches it with amazing service.
Had a fan motor on a HVAC heat pump freeze up and kick us into emergency heating for 30 days. Thermostat did not indicate that so we got nailed with 2,5 times increase in electric bill.David came out same day,quickly diagnosed what was happening and changed out the motor on the spot. David is cool ,confident in his knowledge and professional in his manner.Carolina Comfort is so great to work with.
