I cannot say enough great things about how quickly EF Martin responded to my urgent call and got our heat back on during a recent cold snap. Jason, our technician, worked hard to get to the bottom of our issue. We still have some work to be completed but he and Andy were able to get the heat going until they can schedule the work that must be done to correct an installation issue of another HVAC company. I am so thankful to Jason and Andy! I would highly recommend EF Martin and their team!
Mr. Jeremy Thompson is a subject matter expert who was able to diagnose my Air Conditioner unit within a matter of a few minutes. He also broke everything down to me and helped me understand the why of my bad Capacitor. He was upfront and honest and had the part in his hand which was extremely helpful. I will be referring this company and him specifically to my friends within the Army and neighbors as well. Mr. Thompson has been doing this for over 20 years and his confidence is why I will use this company again in the future. This all happened on a Sunday by the way!!!
