Update: I had a minor issue with the heat coming on. Made contact at 7:49pm, Mr. Bowman arrived in my driveway at 8:16, accessed and reset the unit, answered some questions related to humidity in my house and was gone before 9pm. Quick and professional service.This was one of smoothest processes I have ever experienced. Mr. Bowman and Mr. Aiken arrived early and got my new unit installed before days end. I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism.Out with the old, in with the new.
