I originally had another company headed out. They were difficult just to get here to troubleshoot. So I googled again and luckily stumbled upon this company. I will now be a loyal forever customer for everything with them. Ronnie is top notch and I will be personally requesting him for all services. But everyone else I dealt with from calling and texting and speaking to were also some of the most genuine people. They cared. Came when they said they would. Now could you maybe find a better price? Perhaps! However quality will cost a little more. And I will take quality in home repairs over a price tag. I trusted Ronnie around my home and family and the entire process. I will never give my money to another company or call anyone else. I am beyond pleased and satisfied. Again anyone reading this use them. I don’t care if someone else comes out and says maybe a little cheaper. You will then get what you pay for. With this company you are treated like a friend who needs help. Not just a job to make some money. I am so thankful and grateful to the entire team. But especially Ronnie who went above and beyond.

I initially called Lucky Air and another HVAC provider to compare availability. Lucky Air had more open appointments, so I scheduled with them.On January 8, they sent a senior technician (Cosme) to my home. He provided multiple quotes for what appeared to be the same issue. He returned on January 10 to complete the work but did not finish it. Despite that, I paid him in full via PayPal because I wasn’t concerned at the time, assuming buyer protection would cover me if needed.When the work remained incomplete, I followed up with him. He told me he was dealing with a family emergency, so I gave him time. Later, I received a call from Lucky Air (it even showed up as spam). When I asked about Cosme, they said he was out on a family emergency. I explained that I had already paid him and the job was not complete. That’s when they told me: “What payment?” and informed me they had fired him the day after my service for fraud — yet they never notified me that he was no longer affiliated with their company.They could not explain:- Why there were three different quotes in their system for one problem- Why their terminated employee still had access to my contact information- Why I was never informed he had been firedInstead, they insinuated I must have arranged something outside the company — which makes no sense. If I wanted to go outside the company, why would I have called Lucky Air in the first place?Separately, I paid $179 for a service that included a water heater flush scheduled for February 25. The technician came out and said he needed to get a part and would return. Without permission, the owner (Mike) went into my attic, recorded video, and told me the previously fired senior technician had done a “botched” job that was now a fire hazard.I then received a notification saying the job was completed — which was not true. When I questioned it, they said they couldn’t complete the flush because they “didn’t know” I had a tankless water heater and that they couldn’t proceed due to the HVAC issue. When I requested a refund since I no longer wanted to do business with them, they refused, stating the job had already been completed.This experience has been extremely frustrating. There has been poor communication, no accountability, inconsistent explanations, and refusal to refund for incomplete services

Michael ‘s professional finding revealed that my thermostat was faulty. Temperature was ranging in the low 30’s, I explained to him my budget doesn’t include this type of expense. Michael made a call to Mike Brady, owner of Lucky Air & Plumbing, who gave me an unexpected payment plan that works within my budget. My Air Condition is working, & I thank God for Mike being compassionate enough to ensure my family will not go another day without heat. Again, Thank You Mike for caring ??
