All employees from Total Comfort were hard working, professional, and went through our entire heating unit to repair and make perfect. A big shout to Ricardo whom spent many hours of service trouble shooting and making changes to complete the work!! A good guy whom made sure to keep me informed on every step until done. Total Comfort came to my house (via my new home build warranty). After explaining issue to the tech Ricardo, he quickly got up in the attic, diagnosed, fixed the problem and explained what he had to do. It seemed like only a few minutes and he was gone. I wouldn’t hesitate using Total Comfort again, even after warranty expires with builder . Thanks again to total comfort and my tech Ricardo.

Ricardo showed up to perform a warranty repair on the heater on my new home. He was able to identify and repair the issue on the spot, and corrected a wiring issue left by the contractor who performed the original install. He was efficient, professional, and skilled at his job.

Our A/C went out Sunday evening. I placed a call and left a message with the answering service. Although I had the option to place an emergency call, I chose to leave a message. I got a call the next morning around 8am. The technician, Ricardo showed up in a timely manner and diagnosed our problem as the blower motor being out. We were still under parts warranty. Ricardo was very professional, friendly and had great customer service. He explained everything clearly and was able to locate a part and call the office to have us scheduled for him to come back and fix it. He called to let me know when he was on his way to come replace the part. He did the work in a timely manner and gave us tips on filters and quotes for surge protectors on our units. We are pleased with our experience with Total Comfort and will definitely use them again for our A/C needs.
