Amidst a hot stretch in mid-July, our A/C stopped working.The next morning at 8:15 a.m. we called A Degree Above. By 9:30 a.m., after replacing an original part from 2003, they had it going again. Very impressive turnaround time, and we'd use them again. But hopefully this is it for a while.
Great service! He came very quickly and solved my lack of heat problem in the Fall. Then I called in the Spring when the A/C wasn't working. They solved the issue quickly and didn't charge me anything on the 2nd visit.
