Jake was as helpful as he could be but it was odd that the error code the unit was putting out didn’t match up to what the crew was explaining to me.UPDATE : I have issues with the company however as a whole. The unit I had installed stopped working in the middle of winter and I did end up wasting a good chunk money on trying to get something done to no avail. The response time with continuing to try and reach out declined until no response at all around the unit. Upon doing some further research apparently this is actually more typical than not and most people have to go to a different service to get units fixed for a lot cheaper and for more thorough work. Unit still doesn’t work and hasn’t for some months now with no-one reaching out despite multiple emails, calls, etc.
As always great experience with 20/20 air. We recently converted to heat pump from oil and could not be happier with our decision 20/20air offered the best equipment for competitive price. Install went smoothly and HT works great. Today Ben came by to check on an error that popped up on our thermostat and quickly diagnosed and solved the issue. Ben was professional and quick but thorough. Very happy to work with 20/20air team, highly recommend.
I’ve been with 20/20Air for about 8 years. Quality work every time. For today, Ben was great. He did my regular maintenance and suggest a part replacement. We schedule it, Ben was on time and completed the work in the promised timeline.
We used 20/20 Air to install a new heat pump to supplement our oil burner and replace our AC unit. Then a month later, called them again to replace our leaking hot water tank. Both times we went with 20/20 due to their knowledgeable associates, direct answers, and overall quality and honesty. Even when the technicians come for service now, Ben and others are extremely helpful, answer and and all questions, and are easy and great to work with. Very happy with our decision to use 20/20.
Jake at 20/20 Air was a great help. He was friendly, courteous, listened to my situation, and then took the time to resolve it. This team was able to move quickly installing a new air conditioning system when others said it would be weeks before they could help. They did a great job, I recommend them!
