I just had a tune-up done on my AC unit by Airgaad LLc and I am beyond impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thorough, and incredibly reassuring.The tech James Soper, was punctual, polite, and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He was clearly very knowledgeable. He didn't just do a quick look-over; he did a comprehensive check of the entire system. This included cleaning the coils, checking the refrigerant levels, calibrating the thermostat, inspecting the electrical components, and even cleaning the drain line.He pointed out a few minor things that were starting to wear and gave me honest advice on what needed immediate attention (nothing did, which was great!) and what to keep an eye on for the future. There was no pressure to buy anything extra, just straightforward, honest .**Highly recommend!**
James was amazing...explaining everything in simple laymans terms so I could not only understand it but it made complete sense. This is a full overhaul...long overdue and much needed. Within hours of calling, a Tech arrived and diagnosed the problem. He order parts onsite, picked them up and stayed late until I was up and running. Prompt, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Just as important, they were fair with the price.
