Home comfort alliance came out to diagnose and fix our furnace. They charged a fee just for coming out, which I kind of understand, but then there was an additional diagnosing fee on top of that. Within 15 minutes, our technician diagnosed our problem and ordered a part. We then waited three days to get that part and have our furnace repaired.Within a 2 days, our furnace was broken again. He came back A day later. After spending 4+ hours looking at it this time, he determined that actually two other components were broken. This brought our repair total up to enough where we needed to consider getting a new furnace. Had HCA done a proper job assessing our furnace the first time, we might not have wasted 1000+ dollars on a part that would not be used. I will not use home comfort alliance again for maintenance.
I was so impressed with the level of professionalism. I was confused on how to adjust my thermostat and without hesitation he jumped right in explain things and set it up for me. As a active realtor it is always good to know when I refer Home Comfort Alliance to my clients I can say they are literally in good hands
I gave 5 stars to Todd Duskin because he was completely honest and informative. I had asked for an evaluation of our heating system through Costco. Todd came out and evaluated our systems. He told us what kind of systems we have and their typical service life; AND that they were within that service life and would just need regular service for several more years. (We had been told by another company the systems should be replaced for a large cost.) Todd and Home Comfort gained another customer today due to their honesty. Thank you to Costco also.
We got our furnace replaced today. Thanks to the Sales Manager Chris, Installer Gavin and Scott. You are all true professional, helpful and courteous.I give you all 10/10.System and Furnace itself- will give a complete review after a year. For now though...furnace looks sturdy and solid. A lot quieter than the one we had before
We needed a whole new system and got quite a few quotes and Nate was excellent with answering all of our many questions and making sure we got the right setup for our home. We really appreciated him taking the time to go through many options with us and when we came back with questions there wasn’t any hesitation in diving deeper into it for us. We were really happy with the quote process and can’t wait for installation!
