called Mr. Ray when my heat stopped working and my house was freezing. He told me he’d be there in about an hour — and he arrived right on time! Mr. Ray personally inspected the system and discovered it was rusted out, unsafe, and could have been leaking carbon monoxide. He immediately helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient system and even guided us through financing options to make it affordable. He was hands-on throughout the entire process. We’re beyond happy — enjoying our first warm, cozy night with no more arctic cold in the house! Highly recommend!

He explained the problems to both me and my husband in a manner that was easily understood. Most of all his cost was very reasonable for the economy we are living in today.
