Carol Norris.My furnace was making a noise and did not sound good, I called and had someone come out the next morning. Had Furnace and AC replaced the next day. Technicians were considerate of my home, explained in detail what they were doing. Big shout out to my contact Wyatt. Wyatt even brought me Starbucks coffee one visit. I also purchased the 5 star maintenance plan and will have my WaterHeater and plumbing flushed and inspected.Thanks to all the staff
This review goes to Joe L. After we had multiple people come out after having our heat pump put in we had nothing but problems. We called one more time to tell us why it keeps running non stop and wasn’t hitting temperature, We got Joe this last time. He actually listened to me and figuring out the issue. He got the issue fixed. He had the patience and great customer service If I can get him each time if I have more problems. Hopefully not. I want JOE!!!! Thanks again Joe for your amazing customer service and fixing out issue!!!
NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS...The company came out to complete a standard service call. I worked with the Sales person to replace a water heater and softener. The Tech came out around 9am to complete the install, "which usually take 2 hours". The Tech didn't have the supplies need to complete the work, and he had made several trips to pick supplies. During that time they left the top off of the water shutoff, so my pipes frozen. At 11:30pm the Tech finally had to leave. I didn't have water at this time. Day 2 I didn't hear back from the company. I reached out around 9am (24 hours after the start), and the company said "you are on top of the list"...
I have had several bad experiences with Complete Comfort in the past. This time a yearly furnace check everything went well Chad was my technician and was very nice. Got busy did the inspection and was done quickly. The good thing was he did not try to upsale me anything .
Would NOT recommend based on service experience.We purchased a new unit from this company last year, and the system itself works fine. However, this review is about the annual tune-ups that were promised with the installation.Our first service was scheduled for November, but they called the day before to reschedule for December. I rearranged my work schedule for the new date, only to be called again on the day of service to reschedule for January. After adjusting my schedule yet again, they called on the day of the January appointment to push it out another 4–6 weeks.I requested an earlier date since we had already been rescheduled three times due to their changes, but the soonest they offered was three weeks later. This repeated pattern is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.Would not recommend based on service experience.
